How to request a refund

You can request a refund from the event organiser on your Fatsoma account.

To request a refund

1. Log into your Fatsoma account
2. Visit www.fatsoma.com/orders
3. Select the order you want to request a refund for
4. Click 'View Order'
5. Click 'Request Refund'

Your request will be sent to the event oganiser for them to approve or deny. You will receive an email when they have submitted their response.
