Why can’t I request my refund in the orders section?

Refund policy is set by the event organisers rather than ourselves.


Some event organisers may have turned off refund requests as they are unable to offer refunds unless the event is cancelled or rearranged.


Contact our team using the form here if you believe an event was cancelled or rearranged however it is not marked as cancelled or rearranged on Fatsoma.
