How to add a saved card
Saving a card to the app means you won't need to enter your payment details every time you make a purchase. To add a new card:
Visit any event on the app
Select 'Get Tickets'
Choose your tickets
Click 'Checkout'
Select 'Pay with a new card' on 'Select Card'
Enter your card details and check 'Save Card'
Your card will be saved for all future orders.
Is it safe to save my card on the app?
Yes. We use the latest technology to keep all of your payment details and transactions secure, so you can save your card with confidence.
How to pay with a saved card
Once you've saved a card, you can use it for any future purchases on the app. To pay with a saved card:
Visit the event you'd like to buy tickets for
Select 'Get Tickets'
Choose your tickets
Click 'Checkout'
Select your saved card at checkout
How to delete a saved card
If you'd like to remove a saved card from the app:
Visit any event on the app
Select 'Get Tickets'
Choose your tickets
Click 'Checkout'
Slide the saved card to the left to delete it
Need to update your saved card?
If you'd like to update your saved card details, simply delete the existing card using the steps above and add your new card details as a fresh saved card.
