As a ticketing platform, we don't organise events ourselves, and we don't have our own seating system. Whether seating is available for an event is entirely down to the event organiser.
How does seating work on Fatsoma?
If an event organiser has set up seating options, these will typically appear different ticket types at checkout. For example, you might see options like "Standing," "Seated," or "VIP Seated" listed separately, so you can choose the one that suits you before completing your order.
All the seating information we have for an event will be on the event listing, so that's the best place to check before buying.
If you have any additional questions about what the different ticket types mean we'd recommend reaching out to the event organiser or to the venue who should have the information.
Can I change my seats after I've ordered?
Unfortunately once your order is complete we're unable to make any changes to your ticket selection. If you have questions about your seats or need to discuss your options, please reach out to the event organiser directly as they'll be best placed to help.
