Where to find your order

Can't find your tickets? Here's everything you need to know about where they are and how to access them.

As soon as your order is complete, your tickets are stored in three places: your Fatsoma account at fatsoma.com/orders, the Fatsoma app, and your email inbox. You don't need to download the app to access your tickets, and we don't send paper tickets for any event on the platform.

How to download your tickets

  1. Log into your Fatsoma account

  2. Find the correct order

  3. Click 'Download Tickets'

You don't need your email to get in

Your tickets are always saved on your Fatsoma account, so even if you can't find your confirmation email, you can always access them at fatsoma.com/orders. We're unable to resend confirmation emails, but as long as you can log into your account your tickets will be there waiting for you.

Can't find your tickets on your account?

If your tickets aren't showing up, the most likely explanation is that they were purchased on a different account. It's worth checking whether you have another account under a different email address. You'll never need to create a new account to access your tickets as your account is created before you make a purchase, so your tickets will always be tied to the account you used at the time of buying.

Bought tickets on the wrong account?

We're unable to transfer orders between accounts. If you've purchased tickets on a different account to the one you normally use, log into that account and download your tickets from fatsoma.com/orders.

Bought tickets for a friend?

We're unable to move tickets or orders between accounts. If you've bought tickets for a friend, we'd recommend arriving at the event together to keep things straightforward on the door.

Want to update where your tickets are sent?

Tickets are automatically sent to the email address linked to your Fatsoma account. If you'd like to update this, you can do so at www.fatsoma.com/settings
