Can't see your tickets?
If your tickets aren't showing up and you definitely have been charged, they were most likely purchased using a different account. It's worth checking whether you have another account under a different email address.
If you have definitely been charged and your ticket isn't on any of your accounts please reach out to our team and they'll be able to help track them down.
