Downloading the app

We have a free app available for both iPhone and Android. You can find it by searching for Fatsoma in the App Store or Google Play, or by clicking the links below:

  • Android: fatso.ma/android

Do I need the app to access my tickets?

The app is a handy way to access your tickets but it isn't essential. All of your tickets are saved to your Fatsoma account and can be accessed at any time at fatsoma.com/orders. A copy of your tickets will also be sent to the email address linked to your account when you make a purchase.

Do I need an internet connection to use the app?

Yes, you'll need either a Wi-Fi or mobile data connection to download and view your tickets on the app. If you're heading somewhere with limited signal, we'd recommend downloading your tickets in advance or having them ready at fatsoma.com/orders.

Why do you need my phone number?

When you sign into the app you'll be asked to add a phone number. We use this to allow you to create plans with friends within the app. We won't use your number for anything else.

I'm having trouble adding my phone number

If your phone number isn't being accepted on the app, here are a few things worth checking:

  • Double check you're entering your number correctly

  • Make sure you have the most up to date version of the app installed

  • Check that you have mobile signal

  • Try turning your phone off and back on again

Can I add my tickets to Apple or Google Wallet?

We're not currently able to add tickets to Apple or Google Wallet, but it's something to keep an eye on for future updates.
