Once your order has been finalised we're unable to make changes to it, so it's always worth double checking everything before you complete your purchase. Here's a breakdown of the most common questions we get about changing order details.
Can I swap or change my tickets?
Unfortunately once your order is complete we're unable to change or swap the tickets within it. Some event organisers may be able to help make a change for you on the door, we'd recommend reaching out to the event organiser directly to see if they can help with this. If you need additional tickets, you can purchase these separately at any time by heading back to the event listing on Fatsoma, as long as they're still on sale.
I've received the wrong tickets
Our ticketing system is built so that it can only generate tickets for the specific event an order is started for. When you select a ticket during checkout, the event, ticket type, and price are all confirmed before payment is taken, so it isn't possible for a ticket from a different event to be issued by mistake.
If you've ordered different tickets from the ones you wanted, we'd recommend reaching out to the event organiser directly, as some organisers may be able to help.
Can I update information I provided with my order?
Any additional information you provide during checkout, such as answers to questions set by the event organiser, is sent directly to them as soon as your order is complete. Because of this, we're unable to update it on our end. If you need to make a change, your best bet is to contact the event organiser directly.
Can I update the name on my tickets?
You can update the name on your Fatsoma account at any time in your account settings. However, we're unable to change the name printed on your PDF tickets once they've been issued.
The good news is that most events don't require the name on your ticket to match your ID, so this usually isn't something to worry about. If you're attending an event that does require names to match, please reach out to the event organiser directly to discuss your options.
Can I change where my tickets are sent?
Tickets are automatically sent to the email address linked to your Fatsoma account, as well as being stored in your account at fatsoma.com/orders and on the app. If you'd like to update the email address on your account you can do so in your account settings.
