You can send a refund request directly to the event organiser through your Fatsoma account. Once submitted, it's over to them to approve or deny it, and you'll receive an email as soon as they've responded.
To request a refund:
Log into your Fatsoma account
Visit fatsoma.com/orders
Select the order you want a refund for
Click 'View Order'
Click 'Request Refund'
Your request will be sent to the event organiser for them to approve or deny. You will recieve an email when they have responded.
Can't see the option to request a refund?
If the refund request option isn't showing in your orders, it's because the event organiser has turned off refund requests for that event. You should see a grey box explaining this. Refund policies are set entirely by the event organiser, so this isn't something our team is able to override or assist with.
If the organiser has told you to submit a refund request through Fatsoma but you can't see the option, you can let them know that refund requests are currently turned off on their end. They'll need to look into that on their side.
