What to expect once your refund has been approved

Your refund request has been approved. Here's everything you need to know about what happens next.

How much will I be refunded?

You will be refunded the face value of your tickets. Our fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of using our platform rather than the event itself, and these are still used regardless of whether a refund is issued.

Where will my refund be sent?

For security reasons, refunds can only be sent back to the account used to make the original purchase. If you're unsure which account this was, please get in touch with our support team and we'll help you identify it.

How will the refund appear on my bank statement?

Your refund will show under the same name as your original charge. For most purchases this will appear as Fatsoma LTD.

How long will my refund take?

Refunds can take up to ten working days to appear in your account. If you're struggling to locate your refund, we'd recommend double checking to see which account was used to make the order. If you continue to have issues locating your refund our team can help provide the codes your bank can use to track down the order.

I have a new card since I made my purchase

If your bank has issued you a new card, this won't affect your refund reaching your account as it will still be routed to the same account. If you run into any issues, your bank will be best placed to help and our team can provide any reference numbers they may need to locate the payment.

My refund has been sent to a closed account

If you closed your account using the bank switching service, your refund should be automatically routed to your new account by your bank. If you didn't use the switching service, please contact your bank directly as they'll be able to help you retrieve the funds. If your bank needs any references to locate the refund, get in touch with our support team and we'll do our best to provide these.

Can I cancel my refund request?

Once a refund request has been submitted we're unable to cancel it. If you'd like our team to deny your request before it is approved, please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible. Please be aware that once a refund has been denied you won't be able to submit another request for the same order. If your refund has already been approved we're unable to reverse this as the funds will already be on their way back to you.
