Before anything else, it's worth knowing that we don't organise events ourselves. We provide the platform that event organisers use to sell tickets, which means any decisions about rearranging or cancelling an event are made entirely by them.
How will I find out if my event has been rearranged?
The event page on Fatsoma is always the best place to check for the latest information. You'll also receive an email from us as soon as the event organiser marks the event as rearranged on Fatsoma.
Some organisers may also post updates on their social media or email you directly, so it's worth keeping an eye on those too.
If you've seen something suggesting your event has been rearranged but it's not showing on Fatsoma yet, please get in touch with our team and include any links, screenshots, or messages you've come across so we can look into it.
Do I need new tickets?
No. Your existing tickets will remain valid for the rearranged event, so there's no need to do anything if you're still planning to go.
Can I get a refund if I can no longer make the rearranged date?
Yes. If the new date doesn't work for you, you can request a refund through your Fatsoma account at fatsoma.com/orders. Please note that refund requests need to be submitted through the website rather than the app.
Can I be compensated for travel or hotel costs?
Unfortunately we're unable to compensate for any purchases made outside of Fatsoma. If you've booked travel or accommodation, your best bet is to reach out to those providers directly, as many have their own policies for situations like this.
