I've bought tickets from someone else, are they genuine?
Unfortunately we're unable to confirm the validity of any tickets that weren't purchased directly through Fatsoma. If you're buying tickets for an event listed on our platform, we'd always recommend purchasing them directly through us to make sure they're valid and secure.
I've bought tickets on a different website can I sell them on Fatsoma?
Fatsoma is a platform for event organisers to sell tickets to their own events. We're not the right place to resell tickets you've purchased elsewhere or no longer wish to use, and we're unable to offer advice on reselling tickets through other channels.
Can I sell my tickets to someone else?
We're unable to transfer tickets between accounts. If you're looking to pass your tickets on, we'd recommend reaching out to the event organiser directly to see what options are available, though we're unable to assist with or advise on the resale of tickets.
Can I get a replacement if my tickets have been stolen or shared?
Once tickets have been generated we're unable to regenerate or replace them. If you're concerned that someone may attempt to use a copy of your tickets to gain entry to an event, we'd recommend getting in touch with the event organiser directly as they may be able to assist you.
Can I buy insurance for my tickets?
We don't currently offer ticket insurance for events listed on Fatsoma. If ticket insurance is something you're interested in, it's worth checking whether this is available through a third party provider independently.
