The event I want is sold out, are more tickets coming?
All of the tickets we currently have available for an event are listed on the event page. Some event organisers do release additional tickets after the original listing, but we aren't always made aware of this in advance. If you're hoping more tickets will become available, reaching out to the event organiser directly is the best way to find out.
How do I find out if concessions are available?
All tickets we have listed for an event can be found on the event page. If you're looking for a specific type of ticket such as a concession and can't see it listed it might be that this type of ticket isn't available or is listed elsewhere. The event organiser will be able to confirm what's available and whether anything else can be arranged.
Can I add a carer to my order?
If a carer's ticket isn't listed on the event page, the event organiser is likely managing these separately. Please reach out to them directly to arrange a carer's ticket and they'll be able to let you know what options are available. If you have other questions about accessibility we'd recommend reaching out to the event organiser or venue.
Do you donate tickets to charity?
Fatsoma is a platform for event organisers to sell tickets to their own events. As we don't organise events ourselves, we aren't able to donate tickets to charity. If you're looking for a charity ticket donation, please get in touch with the event organiser directly as this would be a decision for them to make.
