What can I do if my phone number isn't working on the App?

When you sign into the app we ask you to link your phone number. This is used to create plans. We will not use this number for anything else. 


If you are having issues adding your phone number to the app there are a few things you can do. 


Double check you are using a UK mobile number. We do not currently offer support for landlines. 


Check you are entering your number correctly. 


Check you have the most up to date version of the app.


Turn your phone off and on again.


Check that you have mobile phone signal.
