Withdrawing your rep commissions

Ready to withdraw your earnings? Here's everything you need to know.

You won't be able to withdraw your funds until after the event has taken place. Two days after the event has ended, your funds will move from pending to cleared. Once cleared, you're good to withdraw them to your bank account.

For UK orders, the minimum amount you can withdraw is £5.

How to withdraw your funds

  1. Visit reps.fatsoma.com/reps/events/current

  2. Click 'View' under Finances

  3. Click 'Request a Pay Out'

  4. Enter your bank details and click 'Withdraw'

Withdrawals can take up to ten working days to reach your account.

Which currencies and accounts can I withdraw to?

If your commission was earned in GBP, you can withdraw to any UK bank account.

If your commission was earned in any other currency, you can withdraw to any bank account with an IBAN and SWIFT code.

I am not based in the UK

If you're based outside of the UK, international withdrawals must be made to a Revolut account. This is to make sure your payment reaches you as quickly as possible. You can find out more about Revolut at revolut.com. The withdrawal process is the same as above.

My withdrawal hasn't arrived yet

Withdrawals can take up to ten working days to reach your account. If it has been longer than ten working days, please check whether your withdrawal has been reversed and the funds returned to your account. If this is the case or you have any further questions, please get in touch with our support team.

Why has my withdrawal been reversed?

There are a few reasons a withdrawal might be reversed. If it was your first withdrawal, it's possible that your bank details were entered incorrectly. If the event has been cancelled or rearranged, your withdrawal may have been reversed as tickets could need to be refunded. It's also possible that the withdrawal was made to an account we're unable to transfer funds to. If you're unsure why your withdrawal was reversed, please get in touch with our support team.

I've withdrawn to the wrong bank account

If you've realised you've entered the wrong bank details, please contact our support team as soon as possible. If you get in touch quickly after requesting the withdrawal, we may be able to stop it before it reaches the bank.

After your withdrawal has been processed, our team can look into whether the payment has been returned to us by the bank. Once this has happened we can reverse the withdrawal back into your account.

How do I update my bank details?

If you need to withdraw to a new bank account, please get in touch with our support team and we can remove your existing bank details so you can enter new ones.
