Our rep system is a closed system, which means commission is tracked and applied automatically through your personal link. Because of this, our team is unable to manually apply commission to purchases that were not made directly through your link. Here are the most common reasons commission might not be showing up as expected.
Make sure the right link is being used
All commission tracking is done through your personal rep link. For commission to be registered, the purchase needs to be completed on the same device that your link was clicked on. If your friend clicked the link on one device but completed the purchase on another, the commission may not register. Make sure the people you're sharing with know to complete their purchase on the same device they use to open your link.
Check the ticket type has commission applied
Not all ticket types will have commission attached to them. This is set by the event organiser rather than us. You can see all the comissions available when getting your rep link on the rep dashboard.
Commission has been removed from an event after I started selling
There can be occasions where an event organiser removes commission from a ticket type after you've already started selling. If this happens, any commission you've already earned before the change was made will not be affected and will remain on your account.
Refunded orders
If someone who purchased through your link has had their order refunded, you won't receive commission for that order.
