I’ve withdrawn my funds to the wrong bank account, what should I do?

Contact our support team immediately.

If you contact us soon after you requested your withdrawal we may be able to stop the withdrawal before it reaches the banks.

If it has been longer than one day we can look to see if the payment has been returned to us by the bank.

If the payment has been returned to us we can add the funds back to your account for you to withdraw to the correct account.
