What to do if you have had a technical issue with your order

Think something has gone wrong on our end? Here's what to do.

While we work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly, we understand that technical issues can occasionally happen. If you believe something has gone wrong with the technology behind your order, our team is on hand to look into it for you.

I've been charged twice for the same order

If you believe you've been charged more than once for the same order, please get in touch with our support team straight away. We'll look into this as a priority and if a duplicate charge has occurred on our end we'll work to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible. When you get in touch it would be helpful to have your order details and any relevant bank statements to hand so we can look into this as efficiently as possible.

I've received the wrong tickets

If you believe you've received the wrong tickets, it's worth knowing how our system works before getting in touch. When you start an order on Fatsoma, our system immediately locks in the event, ticket type, and price that you've selected. Because of this, it isn't technically possible for tickets from a different event or of a different type to be generated or sent by mistake.

If something still doesn't look right, please get in touch with our support team and we'll take a look at your order and talk you through what was purchased.

I've received a duplicate order

If you've received duplicate tickets for the same event and don't believe you made two separate purchases, please get in touch with our support team and we'll investigate. It's worth checking your orders at fatsoma.com/orders first to see if two separate orders are showing on your account.

Something else has gone wrong
