Issues with the event itself
If your complaint is about the event, the event organiser is the right person to get in touch with. They're responsible for how the event is run and are best placed to look into it for you. If you wish to request a refund for your order, you can do this at www.fatsoma.com/orders. As per our terms and conditions, we're unable to approve refund requests on their behalf, so reaching out to them directly can be the most effective route.
Issues with the venue or venue staff
If your experience was affected by the venue itself or its staff, it's worth keeping in mind that venue staff are typically employees of the venue rather than the event organiser. In that case, reaching out to the venue directly is likely to get you a faster and more relevant response.
