Promo codes are set up by event organisers rather than us, so if you're looking for a promo code for a specific event you'll need to get that directly from the organiser. As a ticketing platform we don't organise events ourselves, but we do give organisers the tools to create promo codes for their events.
What are promo codes used for?
Event organisers use promo codes in a couple of different ways. Some use them to offer a discount to specific customers, while others use them to keep certain tickets hidden until a code is entered, meaning only people with the code can access and purchase them.
How do I use a promo code?
Using a promo code is straightforward. To redeem yours:
Visit the event listing you've been given a promo code for
Click 'Enter Promo Code'
Type in your promo code
The special ticket or discount will be revealed for you to purchase
My promo code isn't working
If your promo code isn't working, it's worth double checking that you've entered it correctly and that you're on the right event listing. If everything looks correct but it's still not working, please reach out to the event organiser directly as they'll be able to check the code and assist you from there.
