You'll only receive announcements from brands that you follow on Fatsoma, or brands that have added you from their own mailing list. If you'd like to stop hearing from a particular brand, the quickest fix is to unfollow them.
To unfollow a brand:
Visit the brand's Fatsoma page
Click 'Following'
Check the button now says 'Follow' to confirm you've unfollowed them
Please note that this will only stop marketing emails that come directly from Fatsoma. If you're still receiving marketing emails from an event organiser after unfollowing them, they may be contacting you through their own system. In that case, you'll need to reach out to the event organiser directly to be removed from their mailing list.
Receiving text messages with links to Fatsoma?
Fatsoma does not send text messages to promote events listed on our platform. If you're receiving marketing texts with links to Fatsoma, these are not coming from us and will have been sent by the event organiser through their own channels. Please reach out to the event organiser directly if you'd like to be removed from their list.
