Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
Before requesting account deletion, please be aware that we're unable to delete your account if you currently have tickets to an upcoming event, as this would remove all of your purchases. Once your deletion request has been received, it can take up to one month for your account to be fully deleted.
Deleting your account on the website
Visit fatsoma.com/settings while signed into the account you want to delete
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Delete My Account'
Re-enter your password and click 'Delete Account'
Deleting your account on the app
Open the Fatsoma app
Select 'Profile'
Select 'Settings'
Select 'Delete My Account'
Re-enter your password to confirm
