1. Where do I go online to print my Ticket?
You can view all of your orders and tickets by going to www.fatsoma.com/tickets
2. What is your refund policy?

3. Is it possible to give my ticket to a friend and will there be a problem with the name on the ticket?
Selling your ticket is allowed and the different name on the ticket should not be a problem. To be sure though it is worth contacting the promoter before the event.
4. Who do I contact for further information about the event?
As Fatsoma is not affiliated with the events in any way you would need to contact the event promoter. Their contact details can usually be found on their website.
5. I can't print my tickets, what do I do?
You will need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader to print your tickets. If you have a Smart phone then you can also use it to access your tickets and show on the door.
